Cancellation Policy

DJ Service Terms & Booking Agreement At SIRIUS ENTERPRISES CO., we operate with precision, professionalism, and premium standards. The following terms ensure clarity, protection, and a seamless event experience. 1. Booking Confirmation • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the event date. • Bookings are confirmed only once the retainer has been received. • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services. 2. Cancellations & Postponements • The retainer is strictly non-refundable. • If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, full payment may still be required. • Postponements will be accommodated once, subject to availability. When you book us, that date is exclusively reserved for you. 3. Venue & Technical Requirements The client agrees to provide: • Safe, dry, and level setup area • Reliable power supply within 10 metres of setup • Protection from weather for outdoor events • Appropriate permits if required by venue or council If conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable, services may be paused or terminated without refund. 4. Setup & Access • Setup typically requires 60–120 minutes depending on package. • Pack down requires 45–60 minutes. • Early access must be arranged in advance. Delays caused by venue restrictions may impact performance time. 5. Equipment Responsibility All sound, lighting, and DJ equipment remains the property of SIRIUS ENTERPRISES CO. The client is financially responsible for any damage caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties during the event. 6. Performance Conditions We reserve the right to: • Refuse inappropriate music requests • Cease performance due to unsafe, violent, or illegal activity • Adjust volume levels in accordance with venue or council regulations Professional conduct is expected from all guests and venue personnel. 7. Music Policy Clients are encouraged to provide playlists and special requests in advance. While we aim to accommodate preferences, final track selection and mixing decisions remain at the DJ’s discretion to maintain flow and energy. 8. Force Majeure SIRIUS ENTERPRISES CO. shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, venue closures, or government restrictions.
