Cancellation Policy

1. Service Standard SIRIUS CLEANING GROUP provides premium residential and commercial cleaning services with professionalism, discretion, and high-quality results. Services are performed using structured cleaning procedures. Results may vary depending on: #Property condition #Clutter levels #Time allocated for service 2. Bookings & Payment Bookings must be confirmed prior to service. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required for first-time clients, bond cleans, or large projects. Late payments may incur additional fees. 3. Cancellations & reschedule Minimum 24 hours' notice is required. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur up to a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged in full. 4. Property Access Clients must ensure: Safe access to property Electricity and water are available Pets are secured If access is not provided, a call-out fee may apply. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with an area cleaned: Notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a re-clean if the issue is within the original service scope. Refunds are issued at management discretion. 6. Health & Safety We may refuse or stop work if the property is unsafe or contains hazardous materials. 7. Damages & Liability Report any damage within 24 hours. We are not responsible for: Pre-existing damage Normal wear and tear Unsecured items Our company holds appropriate insurance coverage. 8. Privacy Client information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties.
